CT images and labels

TotalSegmentator CT dataset v3.0.0. Wasserthal J, Breit H-C, Meyer MT, et al. TotalSegmentator: Robust Segmentation of 104 Anatomic Structures in CT Images. Changes: slices and label maps were cut from the CT images and the segmentation masks; the face and the skin of the head were removed from the whole-body case; typical levels and volumes were measured on the masks of 1,119 subjects.

Additional labels

Liver segments, trunk muscles, lung vessels, intervertebral discs, body cavities and structures of the head and neck were segmented on the CT images with the TotalSegmentator software (Apache-2.0). Heart chambers, brain tissue and further structures of the head were segmented with the CADS model, open weights: Xu M, et al., weights licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
